2. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
USAMV Bucharest may be legally required to provide certain information to the competent authorities. There are cases in which we must transmit information such as: first name, last name, Personal Identification Number, identity card series and number, academic record, CV, etc. The information may be transmitted to:

- ARACIS;
- Medical Assistance Service (CASMB);
- Police, Prosecutor's Office, Courts, Banking Institutions, Local Authorities, etc.

The personal data collected are stored on the servers of USAMV Bucharest, located in premises with an appropriate level of security and authorized access. The storage period for each category of personal data is in accordance with legal requirements, the internal regulations of USAMV Bucharest and the best practices in the field.
