LADMEC – European project for future specialists interested in milk production

 
 

The European project funded by European agency Erasmus+, built between three agricultural universities (AERES Dronten, Nederland; USAMV Bucharest, Romania, Groupe ESA, France), announces the LADMEC workshop to complete the project, which will be held on the 29th of June 2017.

The purpose of the project was to create a pilot module for students and professional training for the dairy technicians working in emerging countries.

30 students participated in the courses that took place in January 2016 and January 2017 and come from European countries and emerging countries.

The pedagogical content of this module comprised an online distant learning module and 4 weeks of interdisciplinary lessons and directed activities which took place in Angers, France.

The program was organized around 4 main learning tasks, respectively providing advice to dairy farmers farming in difficult climatic conditions to ensure optimum production, supporting dairy farmers in economical and human resources management from very small farms to mega-farms, providing technical advices in farms of emerging countries, providing advice to produce milk for the dairy chain.
